Super Voice Mode is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the number of devices specified by your plan.
"Lifetime" describes the duration of your license to this Super Voice Mode macOS product. It is a one-time purchase and does not create a right to every future product or service we may offer.
We offer a 30-day refund policy, no questions asked. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount.
Once a purchase is refunded, the associated Pro license ends and its license key may be deactivated.

Super Voice Mode includes text-to-speech and voice persona features that generate synthetic audio. You are solely responsible for how you use generated audio. You must not:

All AI-generated text and audio output is provided without guarantee of accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.
Super Voice Mode can record, transcribe, summarize, and organize meetings locally on your Mac. Meeting features may include diarization within a meeting, local labels, user-entered names, and screenshots you choose to take.
You are solely responsible for using meeting features lawfully and appropriately. Laws and workplace rules about recording, transcription, monitoring, biometric information, and consent vary by location and context. Before recording or transcribing a meeting, you must:
Diarization and meeting labels are review aids, not proof of identity. Release builds do not create voiceprints, biometric templates, or cross-meeting speaker identity records. Meeting labels are review aids inside the meeting file, not proof of who a person is and not a way to track people across recordings. They can be wrong because of audio quality, background noise, overlapping speech, accents, similar voices, microphone placement, meeting-platform audio processing, or model limitations. User-entered names and generated meeting notes are suggestions for your review.
You must not use Super Voice Mode's meeting labels for access control, authentication, surveillance, employment decisions, legal determinations, eligibility decisions, or any other high-stakes decision about a person. Do not represent meeting labels or generated meeting notes as a certified transcript or authoritative record.
We do not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether a meeting can be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or labeled, you should not use the feature until you have obtained appropriate advice or consent.
Super Voice Mode includes named AI characters (e.g. Iris) and stackable personas that apply stylistic filters to AI responses: regional dialects, generational slang, historical archetypes, and fictional character types.
Every persona represents a way of speaking that the people who talk that way are proud of, or a fictional archetype. Personas are designed to celebrate the diversity and color of how people communicate, not to mock, belittle, or stereotype any individual, community, or culture.
You are responsible for how you use character- or persona-generated content. You must not use them to harass, demean, or target any individual or group. We reserve the right to modify or remove any character or persona at any time.
Super Voice Mode is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Speech-recognition accuracy depends on hardware, microphone quality, ambient noise, accent, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
The voice assistant feature can optionally connect to third-party services (Claude, Codex, Ollama). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or data handling.
We may release updates to the app. Updates may add, change, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain, support, or update the app indefinitely.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Super Voice Mode is not intended for users under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post updated terms on our website with a revised date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
